Board-certified in Pain Management and Anesthesiology, she earned her Anesthesiology degree from the University of Toledo and completed her Interventional Pain Fellowship at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Varma specializes in treating low back pain, neck pain, hip pain, knee pain, herniated discs, and leg pain. Known for her compassionate and attentive approach, she takes the time to listen to her patients and understand their unique needs. Riara Wilson is a dedicated and compassionate clinician with over a decade of experience in providing comprehensive healthcare.
A Northern Virginia native, she began her studies at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, before returning to complete her nursing degrees at George Mason University. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in critical care, medical-surgical nursing, and nursing education.

Robert Jenkins, FNP
Robert Jenkins is a highly skilled healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing, patient care, and advanced clinical practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts and is a proud member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Following his undergraduate studies, Robert gained hands-on experience in General Medicine, serving patients at Howard University Hospital and Washington Hospital Center, and later providing care to military personnel at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
With years of experience in patient care, Robert felt a deeper calling to do more for his patients. This led him to pursue his Nurse Practitioner degree at Bowie State University. During his studies, he discovered a passion for Oncology and Hematology, dedicating the next eleven years of his career to caring for patients in this field.
Over time, Robert witnessed firsthand the impact of chronic pain on his patients’ quality of life. Motivated by a desire to make a difference, he has now transitioned into pain management, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and compassion. His commitment to serving the most vulnerable is unwavering, and he is excited to share his expertise and care with you.
